Terms and Conditions
When you join you must ‘sign’ and agree to our contract which includes these Terms and Conditions which have been written to explain what ProfileZones is all about and to help all our members and customers. Please read them.
When you buy any of the products sold by ProfileZones you are paying for the product/s alone. If you decide to refer or recommend people to join ProfileZones and your network grows and individuals in your network make product purchases, then it is a matter of choice by that person to make any such purchases as they deem fit. Nothing on this website or any company produced literature should be taken to imply or infer that buying a product is an inducement to earn money from commission: indeed in making a purchase from our product range our customers receive value for money and all associated guarantees for quality and functionality. There is no inducement offered to acquire or recruit other people into being a member of ProfileZones by offering up rewards for doing so: as recruiting a member offers no incentive, membership is free, and no payment is made out of members ‘fees’ to reward or incentivise any other person.
Before you join, we think it is a good idea to please ask yourself the following simple questions:
Make sure that you understand what is being offered to you.
ProfileZones is a social network website that is free to join and then offers its members IT, software and other entertainment products which they can buy. If you want to turn your social network into something that you can earn commission from then you will need to buy one of more of ProfileZones products (from £20), this will enable you to legitimately ‘recommend’ or ‘refer’ people to ProfileZones products and you will be paid commission calculated based on the purchases of products in your social network that begins with you.
An active member can also qualify to be paid commission on the sale of any products purchased by people who have visited the ProfileZones website at the recommendation of said active member and have indicated that they were referred or recommended to the website and its products by the active member concerned.
Do you know what you will have to pay?
Joining is free. If you would like to turn your social network into a ‘retail network’ or ‘sales network’ where you are be paid commission from the sales of products in your network, then you must be an ‘active’ member of ProfileZones and to become an ‘active’ member you must buy at least one software product (from £20) being sold by ProfileZones. Membership is free so your risk is £0 and once you have bought one product to become an ‘active’ member there is no more to pay for that specific branch of your social network to qualify for the payment of commission to you from product sales.
Do you understand that this is a self-employment opportunity and earnings will depend on the market and your efforts?
Please be aware that if you do not start a branch of your social network with at least three ‘active’ members and where you are ‘active’ yourself then you will not be eligible to earn any commission. ProfileZones may be a good way of earning money but it does not pay people for doing nothing.
It’s important that you understand that we do not take any membership payments for involvement in ProfileZones: we do sell software and other products and pay commission to our active members out of the sales of said products in an individual active member’s active social network.
There is no promise of commission or any payments promised or made simply for ‘recruiting’ others to ‘join’.

On termination of a contract, a participant has a right to:
- be released from all future obligations other than 'poaching' and any non-competing obligations specified in a contract, and to
- return goods in good condition, unused and recover the sum paid, inclusive of VAT, if purchased within 14 days of termination and where they related to that individual member. This would be the full sum paid where the promoter terminated the contract. On termination by the participant, then the sum would be reduced by diminution in value caused by the participant and by a reasonable handling charge.
VAT
Direct selling businesses in the UK, are subject to special rules in relation to VAT. These require that a direct selling business is required to collect at the retail selling prices of the goods sold, regardless of whether their independent direct sellers are personally registered for VAT.
Your own tax.
It is the responsibility of the individual to maintain all income records and declare and pay any tax due son any income that is appropriate in their own country.
What Is Direct Selling?
Very simply, direct selling is a way to sell products or services directly to customers, away from a retail location. A direct sales business allows you to interact with customers one-on-one, in groups, through online sales, word of mouth, by e-mail sales or by phone. People in the direct selling industry are often known as independent consultants, distributors or representatives.
Many direct selling businesses are now organised on a MLM or network marketing basis, although they may use neither term in their promotional material. The distinction between MLM and a conventional direct selling structure is the nature of the earnings opportunity offered to new direct sellers. If a participant is offered an opportunity to both retail products and to receive additional rewards from the sales of others they may recruit into the business, then the business is likely to be MLM or Network Marketing and therefore subject to the Trading Schemes Regulations 1997.
We take our obligations to operate legally and correctly very seriously indeed and to ensure this we point you to the following phrase that has been prepared by the Fair Trading Act 1973:
The law makes it a criminal offence to persuade someone to make a payment to a scheme by promising benefits from getting other people to join a trading scheme. (Fair Trading Act 1973 section 120(3)).
This does not make recruitment rewards unlawful.
It does make it unlawful to persuade someone that the main motive for joining is to profit from recruiting others or to take money from someone on the basis of such a motive.
Please be aware that it is illegal for a promoter or participant in ProfileZones to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting other people to join ProfileZones. Joining is free there are no financial benefits from ‘recruiting’ others to join other than the enjoyment and benefit of having a social network home page.
Do not be misled by claims that high earnings can be easily achieved. ProfileZones do not pay for people simply joining; they pay commission out of product sales. How much members will earn will depend on the purchases of software and other products made by an individual’s social or ‘sales’ network or purchases being made as a result of direct referral or recommendation. After-all, you can only get out what is put in. ProfileZones is risk free as membership is free and you only pay for products and or software you wish to buy.
The main objective and activity of ProfileZones is to offer a free social network for people to join and in doing so to then to sell products to our members and their referrals/recommendations. We are unashamedly tapping on to the power of social networks to then use people’s referrals to sell our range of products. Our main activity is therefore selling products to the public. We do not encourage people to join by offering profits paid out of any registration fees or the sale of any marketing materials. Joining ProfileZones is free and we don’t sell any marketing materials that are used to pay commission out of.
You only survive in business if you look after your customers and provide a fair, competitive and honest service.
